HACCP Plan & Team

  • Audit of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a storage and distribution facility utilizing coolers.
  • Facility operates in a 58,000 sq. ft. facility with 38,000 sq. ft. under controlled and monitored cold storage.
  • Facility operates year round with 60 employees and operation hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Facility brings in a variety of produce, stores it in the appropriate cooler and loads it onto a truck for distribution.
